THIS IS BIPARTISAN
Please view this as a call to action, and not an invitation to share your personal political views.
This concerns all of us, and our clients. I dont care if you voted for Kermit the Frog. All of us should be advocating for the protection of our clients.
Travel advisors, we need your help!
IATA is pushing to roll back critical consumer protections—including disability rights regulations, family seating rules, and refund protections. If successful, this could make air travel even harder for families, disabled travelers, and consumers.
As travel professionals, we see firsthand how airline policies impact our clients. Removing these regulations benefits airlines, not travelers. We must speak up!
Here’s how you can help:
Contact IATA and tell them travel advisors support stronger consumer protections, not weaker ones.
Submit feedback to the DOT (when public comments open).
Use your platforms to share why these protections matter.
Air travel should be accessible and transparent for EVERYONE. Let’s stand together to protect our clients and their rights.
